Classroom Support Professional

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Classroom Support Professional to join our team of dedicated professionals in the education and training sector. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners in Chesterfield.
About the Role:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Hold a Cache or NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Ability to provide reference details from your most recent employment.
- Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Salary and Benefits:
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Excellent rates of pay, shortened working hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM), and incentives such as a £75 refer-a-friend voucher.
