We are currently recruiting for a Classroom Support Professional to work in a good school in Chesterfield. This is an ongoing opportunity that requires the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

As a Classroom Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to KS3 and KS4 students with varying degrees of SEN difficulties, implementing school policies and procedures, and managing classroom behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience working in a teaching environment with SEN students. Strong organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to KS3 and KS4 students with various degrees of SEN difficulties.
  2. Implement school policies and procedures at all times, maintaining a positive learning environment.
  3. Manage classroom behaviour and develop strategies to engage students with their learning.
  4. Requirements:
  5. Relevant qualifications to work in a teaching environment with SEN students.
  6. Previous experience providing support and assistance to SEN students.
  7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
