Job Summary:

Permanent Futures is seeking a skilled Flavour Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new sweet flavour concepts and product lines.

Our company produces a wide range of options, developing thousands of food and beverage products for customers across the globe. We operate from purpose-built manufacturing and research facilities in the UK.

Your Role:

As a Flavour Development Specialist, you will conduct flavour trials and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and consistency. You will also provide technical support to clients and assist them in the application of our sweet flavour solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sweet flavour concepts and product lines
  • Conduct flavour trials and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Provide technical support to clients and assist them in the application of our sweet flavour solutions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging flavour technologies
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving for flavour-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and trials
  • Comply with quality control and safety standards in the laboratory
