Marketing and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at 2M Employment Solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for executing all of our Marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Content Creation and Distribution: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, social media, and traditional print.
  3. Internal and External Communications: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels of communication, developing and maintaining the company's voice, brand, values, and image.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales initiatives.
  5. Monitoring and Analysis: Use effective analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing corporate visibility and fostering collaboration with our people and partners.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in a marketing communications role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages and copywriting for our clients and diverse audience.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
  4. Digital Savvy: Experience with a wide range of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  5. Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
