International Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team at Projective, a dynamic and innovative company with a strong presence in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies, with a strong focus on brand awareness and engagement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, social media, and traditional print.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels of communication, developing and maintaining the company's voice, brand, values, and image.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing corporate visibility, and fostering collaboration with our people and partners.
Key skills and experience required include:
- Proven track record of success in a marketing and communications role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft messages, copywriting for our clients and diverse audience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
- Digital savvy, with experience with a wide range of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications and additional requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparative qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing and communications role.
- Able to showcase a portfolio of successful projects in a comparable B2B business.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
