International Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at 2M Employment Solutions Limited.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to align with business objectives
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, social media, and traditional print
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels of communication, developing and maintaining the company's voice, brand, values, and image
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales initiatives
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing corporate visibility, and fostering collaboration with our people and partners
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing communications role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages and copywriting for our clients and diverse audience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans
- Experience with a wide range of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
