We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Projective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to achieve business objectives
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including digital media, social media, and traditional print
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels of communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using effective analytics tools
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance corporate visibility and foster collaboration
- Proven track record in a marketing communications role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft messages and copywriting for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans
- Digital savvy with experience in a wide range of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparative qualification
