This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for executing all of our Marketing activity, developing and implementing innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a marketing communications role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and excellent communication skills. They will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, social media and traditional print.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels of communication, developing and maintaining the company's voice, brand, values and image.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales initiatives.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing corporate visibility and fostering collaboration with our people and partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years' experience in a marketing and communications role.
- A portfolio of successful projects in a comparable B2B business.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Flexible and open to travel, role evolvement and future business needs, as required.
