We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Risk Assurance Manager to join our team at BDO. As a key member of our Digital and Risk Advisory Services (DRAS) team, you will play a critical role in delivering internal audit, advisory, and Third-Party Assurance (TPA) engagements to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ESG assurance and advice to clients across various sectors, utilizing your strong assurance and consulting skills to support their ESG objectives.
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships, and contribute to the growth and development of junior team members.
- Manage projects and lead smaller engagements or sections of complex engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to assurance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements, industry trends, and global reporting initiatives, applying your knowledge to provide meaningful assurance and advice to clients.
- Proven experience in internal audit, regulatory assurance, or advisory work, with a strong understanding of the UK regulatory environment and global reporting initiatives.
- Existing knowledge of ESG and sustainability, with experience in delivering and managing work under recognized assurance standards (ISAE 3000, 3410 as minimum).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, lead, engage, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
