Job Title: Band 7 Spinal Specialist MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a Band 7 Spinal Specialist MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and discharge of patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, specializing in complex spinal problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and discharge of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical and organizational skills to meet patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient care, progress, and discharge planning.
  • Provide clinical leadership to drive service development and influence clinical practices to enhance quality, productivity, and value.
  • Deliver and implement pain groups as part of multi-disciplinary management of patients with persistent pain using different cognitive behavioral frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects and/or audit.
  • Experience attending spinal MDT meetings, delivering workshops, and managing group sessions is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
