Our Consulting Team

Our Consulting team brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market. With over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue, our Consulting team plays a major role in driving forward the growth of the firm.

At the heart of our Consulting services are six solutions we offer our clients:

  • Business Transformation: We help our clients achieve their strategic goals through tailored business transformation solutions.
  • Deal Services: Our deal services team provides expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other transaction-related services.
  • Finance Function Support: We offer a range of finance function support services, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Risk and Governance: Our risk and governance team helps clients identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective governance structures.
  • Forensic and Investigation Services: We provide expert forensic and investigation services to help clients navigate complex issues.
  • Restructuring: Our restructuring team helps clients navigate financial difficulties and implement effective restructuring strategies.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager to join our growing national team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory assignments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • ACA Qualified or equivalent
  • UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting experience
  • Experience of working in a professional practice, ideally in an equivalent accounting advisory team or experience providing written accounting advice to clients
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience of working with clients
  • Experience of supervision of junior staff
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, with high competency with both Excel and Word
