Senior Oncology Nurse Manager

Circle Health Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Sister – Charge Nurse – Oncology to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of nurses in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Sister – Charge Nurse – Oncology, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital ward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and manage the ward team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective ward management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the ward team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Experience in acute nursing care.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Recruitment and selection skills.
