Senior Oncology Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Oncology Nurse Manager to join our team at Circle Health Group.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward, providing clinical leadership and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients. They will work to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users, while leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Hospital Ward and its staff, ensuring effective and efficient management of ward resources.
- Provide clinical leadership and drive clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
- Work to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users.
- Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially.
- Experience in acute nursing care.
- Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
- Recruitment and selection skills.
- Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
