Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our finance team in Cannock, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, and implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
