Voyage Care is searching for a qualified Field Support Supervisor to join our team in Kings Lynn. In this role, you'll manage a team of colleagues, ensuring the highest quality of life for those we support.
About the Position
As a Field Support Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing person-centred support plans to promote independence and well-being
- Conducting comprehensive care needs assessments to identify individual requirements
- Inducting new colleagues into our supportive environment
- Completing supervisions and appraisals to ensure team members are equipped to provide excellent care
- Managing medication competencies and audits to maintain a safe and healthy environment
