About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Thistle House, a specialist residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Care Professional, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality care and support, promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with the care team and individuals to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide emotional support and guidance, promoting a positive and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
