About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our Learning Disability Service in Dundee. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A SVQ2 in Care or equivalent qualification.3 National 4s or equivalent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and night duty.What We Offer

Regulated Work
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
