Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our FM division, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance of heating installations, installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations, and undertaking fault-finding diagnosis and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance of Heating Installations

Carry out maintenance of heating installations of all types in domestic and commercial buildings, including boilers, pipelines, valves, pumps, control gear, and other associated equipment.

Installation and Maintenance of Plumbing, Drainage, and Sanitation Installations

Carry out installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations of all types in domestic and commercial buildings.

Fault-Finding Diagnosis and Problem-Solving

Undertake fault-finding diagnosis and problem-solving of plant operation appertaining to the operation and efficacy of the installed mechanical systems.

Testing and Certification

Carry out relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the post-holder's relevant qualifications.
