Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Flagship Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients, including therapy screening, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, billing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to patients, including therapy screening, evaluations, and daily treatment sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct billing and documentation via Net Health (formerly Optima HCS)
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed
  • Meet productivity standards of 85% weekly

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Certification from NBCOT
  • State License for the state in which services are being provided
  • CPR certification
  • Dependable and able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served
