About the Role

Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Keswick Multi-Care Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and providing innovative solutions to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough therapy screenings and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Provide daily treatment sessions, including transfers, exercises, and activities to enhance residents' physical and cognitive abilities.
  • Manage billing and documentation through Net Health (formerly Optima HCS) to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans that meet residents' needs.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • State licensure for the state in which services are being provided.
  • CPR certification.
  • Dependability and ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
