Fidarsi, a leading partner in digital asset management, is seeking a skilled Custody Operations Team Member to join their team. This exciting role comes with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and development of the custody operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Control

  • Monitor all transactions, client requests, and exceptions, ensuring prompt resolution of outstanding issues on a daily basis.
  • Resolve client queries and exceptions, seeking guidance from Compliance when necessary.
  • Elevate issues and control breakdowns to Custody Manager, Compliance, and IT when required.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product and process knowledge for transaction processing across various asset classes in Operations.

Projects

  • Contribute to the front-to-back process flow, identifying control gaps and inefficiencies, and recommending suitable remediation steps.
  • Collaborate with IT and Compliance to develop new and enhanced systematic controls, process efficiencies, and client experience.
  • Assist in implementing system changes in response to industry developments or client requirements.
  • Participate in testing system changes to ensure smooth IT developments impacting Operations.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, analytical sciences, business, economics, or similar, with expertise in statistical analysis, risk assessment, and process design.
  • Experience in the financial services and digital asset industries.
  • Knowledge and experience with decentralized finance and staking are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, with a strong focus on Excel.
