Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Governance Specialist to join our Finance team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) to work in a developing 2nd line function, responsible for ensuring robust financial governance frameworks are in place across the international firm.

About the Role:

  • Develop a financial controls framework for the international firm, with a supporting repository of guidance and training tools.
  • Advocate for the financial compliance function, working closely with Finance teams to raise awareness of financial controls and promote best practice.
  • Undertake financial compliance reviews across the international firm, including planning, testing, and reporting findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee.

Key Requirements:

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
