The organisation has a trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals who commit crime, which has successfully reduced rates of reoffending.

Salary
We are offering an estimated salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Financial Trustee/Treasurer at Causeway, you will have the opportunity to help govern a growing organisation.
You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Board, and subcommittees to maintain an overview of the financial affairs of the charity.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the charity's viability, maintaining proper financial records and procedures, and working in conjunction with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the charity's mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with a relevant accounting qualification and experience of charity accounting and relevant accounting standards.
The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
