Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a senior accounts payable role and possess excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices, credit notes, and payments are processed accurately and promptly within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and propose payment runs to the Management Accountant and FC.
  • Manage business and supplier queries, ensuring all issues are resolved within a timely manner.
  • Complete monthly statement reconciliations and reviews.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in end-to-end accounts payable function for multiple entities, as well as supervision experience. You should be able to work independently, but also as part of a strong team player. Experience of Procure Wizard or other Purchase-to-pay/Purchase order system is required, along with Sage Intacct or similar accounting package.
