Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join a local Surrey council on an interim basis. In this role, you will support senior leaders to identify process improvements, increased capability, and digital enhancements. You will collaborate with operational departments to inform and support projects, ensuring a high-performing service delivery organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance process efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with operational departments to inform and support projects.
  3. Deliver crucial transformational strategies to build organisational change capability.

Requirements:

  1. CI Accreditation – Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience within Local Government, ideally working in continuous professional development.
  3. Strong technical skills, including software such as MS Office and Power BI.
