The Role: Global Risk and Compliance Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: You will own and manage the global risk register, chairing the quarterly Risk Management Committee and suggesting risk mitigation actions and strategies.
  • Compliance: You will be responsible for shaping the vision and direction for our compliance model, proactively identifying opportunities to improve overall compliance performance, and supporting business teams with new market launches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will need a solid track record of working in / leading a compliance, internal control and/or risk / governance department, with prior experience in retail or FMCG / large corporate.
  • Leadership: Leading a compliance or risk management function and accountability in leading the department.
  • Adaptability: Capability to adapt to changing priorities inline with business and organisational needs.
  • Professional Resilience: High levels of professional resilience and flexibility and an ability to self-start and maintain momentum on multiple projects, across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams.

Salary:

£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension, life assurance, and flexible working hours.
