As a Project Manager within the IT Services division, you will be tasked with overseeing and ensuring the effective execution of projects across various technical domains, including Infrastructure, End User Computing, Cloud Services, Office 365, Mobile Device Management, and Security.
Your collaboration with a talented team will be essential in delivering a diverse array of projects and programs tailored to our clientele. The scope of these projects will vary significantly in both size and complexity.
You will be responsible for diligently monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project risks and issues, taking necessary actions to maintain project timelines. Your role will also involve expert stakeholder management, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create comprehensive project initiation documentation.
- Formulate detailed project plans.
- Compile project reports and manage any arising issues.
- Keep both internal and external stakeholders updated on project progress.

- Simultaneously manage multiple customer projects and programs.
- Enforce established processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Lead customer meetings and present project updates regularly.
- Support objectives outlined in the company's information security policy.
- Perform tasks in alignment with data and information security protocols.
