Job Title: Enrichment Program Manager

STEM Learning LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enrichment Program Manager to lead the strategic approach to scaling up employer and partner engagement through student-facing enrichment programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for enrichment and student engagement programs
  • Manage the operational aspects of the programs, including budgeting and financial management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of programs
  • Monitor and evaluate program impact, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including employers and educational institutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in education or a related field
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of STEM education and industry trends
