Job Title: Independent Living Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Independent Living Assistant to join our team at Gore Grange in New Milton. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for promoting independence, assisting with daily routines, and providing quality personal care to our customers.

With a strong focus on customer centred care, you will work closely with other agencies, including CQC, adult services, local GP practices, and the local community, to provide a holistic approach to care.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including 6 weeks paid holiday and excellent Refer a Friend bonus scheme.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
