About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Companion to provide high-quality support to individuals living in our Extra Care community at Gore Grange in New Milton.

This rewarding role involves promoting independence, assisting with daily routines, and engaging with customers to ensure their unique needs are met.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to live independently. You will work closely with other agencies, including CQC, adult services, local GP practices, and the local community, to provide a holistic approach to care.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, ensuring their homes remain personal to them and their care is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting and encouraging independence
  • Assisting with daily routines, such as bathing and household tasks
  • Providing quality personal care, while maintaining respect and sensitivity
  • Engaging with customers to understand their unique needs
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
