About the Role

MKJ Ignite is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales forward for a rapidly scaling E-Commerce brand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years E-Commerce experience, preferably in a D2C or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize the E-Commerce platform, including Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of E-Commerce initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze E-Commerce metrics to inform data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • 4+ years of E-Commerce experience in a D2C or FMCG environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Experience working with challenger brands or start-ups
  • Basic salary from £50k-£60k, depending on experience
