{"**Job Title:** E-Commerce Manager

**About the Role:**
MKJ Ignite is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales forward for a rapidly scaling E-Commerce brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy to drive sales growth
- Manage and optimize E-Commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4 years E-Commerce experience for an E-Commerce/D2C brand, ideally FMCG
- Experience working for a challenger brand/start-up (£5m - £15m) would be advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon & TikTok Shop would be great, though not essential
- Basic salary from £50k - £60k, depending upon experience
