**About the Role:**
MKJ Ignite is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales forward for a rapidly scaling E-Commerce brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy to drive sales growth
- Manage and optimize E-Commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4 years of E-Commerce experience in a D2C or FMCG brand
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Experience working with challenger brands or start-ups
- Basic salary from £50k-£60k, depending on experience
- Pension and bonus scheme
