About the Job

We are seeking a Technical Support and Knowledge Development Manager to join our team at Transport for London. This role involves developing communications for business leaders and their associated pensions arrangements, particularly those around HMRC impacts on benefits.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability in delivering pensions technical support and training, with experience of adapting their approach to dealing with multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.

This position comes with a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. As a hybrid worker, you will enjoy a balance of 50% time split between the office and home over a 4-week period.

Responsibilities
  • Review online content/publications to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with the communication design and development of member communications.
  • Deliver presentations on legislation change to an administration team.
