HR Business Partner - Talent Management Opportunity

Oliver Brookes is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Talent Management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the Talent management strategy across corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management processes to build and support a strong talent pipeline.
  • Work with the wider HR and Talent team to influence talent and learning initiatives.
  • Drive the annual performance and talent cycle, working in partnership with the COE's to define timing and drive execution of key processes and timelines.
  • Take ownership for delivering and making improvements to the performance and talent cycle, processes and tools.
  • Act as the COE for Talent and Performance, creating and maintaining toolkits to enable and educate the wider HR community.

Requirements:

  • A broad learning and talent management mindset with prior experience of operating within a multi-site customer-facing organisation.
  • Ambition, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
