About the Role:
Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a Year 5 pupil with Autism. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping the pupil achieve their full potential and reach their academic goals.

Key Tasks:
• Deliver high-quality support to the pupil, focusing on their individual needs and goals
• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the pupil's learning and engagement
• Build strong relationships with the pupil, their family, and other professionals involved in their care

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience of working with pupils with Autism and developing strategies to support their learning
• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and its effects on learning and behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Salary and Benefits:
