Derivative Execution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Derivative Execution Specialist to join our team at Marlin Selection Recruitment. As a key member of our global commodity and financial derivatives team, you will be responsible for executing trades across various asset classes, including futures, options, equities, CFDs, bonds, and FX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-asset electronic execution, including execution of commodity and financial derivative products
  • Support 24-hour execution coverage, including night shifts on rotation
  • Act as the interface between clients and the company, providing execution services, risk management, and administrative support
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, generating and onboarding new business
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience of trading systems, including Fidessa
  • In-depth knowledge of derivatives and risk management
  • Account management, sales, and income generation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
