Key Responsibilities- Receive, sort, and process clinical samples, ensuring accurate identification and resolution of any issues.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing computer systems to record patient information and investigations.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external visitors, providing clear and concise information and resolving queries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
