About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Architect to lead our high-end residential and hospitality projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Oversee the development of construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect with at least 5 years of post-Part 3 experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ArchiCAD
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
