Customer Experience Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and webchat
- Identify and escalate any risks or issues to relevant teams
- Ensure queries and complaints are resolved within service level agreements
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and online guide materials
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience using CRM or MIS systems
- Proficient in spoken and written English
