About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Cityscape, a specialist contractor based in London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete frame construction and experience working with main contractors, private clients, and top-tier developers. A degree in civil engineering or construction management is required, along with a proven track record of project management experience over the last 5-10+ years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from groundwork to reinforced concrete frames and structures, with values ranging from £10m to £50m each. Our client uses Microsoft programmes, standard email functions, and Asta Power Project for planning and programming works.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £90,000 and £120,000 per annum, plus benefits and a structured bonus scheme. We can consider individuals looking to be employed on a self-employed basis, including limited companies, as well as PAYE.

About the Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management
  • Strong history of project management experience over the last 5-10+ years
  • Concrete frame construction background with experience working for rival subcontractors
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programmes, standard email functions, and Asta Power Project
