Exceptional Guest Experience
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets across our busy Visitor Attraction. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain our high service standards, ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and enhance our service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Assist in stock controls, costs, and waste management to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure all departmental procedures are adhered to, and statutory health and safety requirements are met.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with various departments and team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and presentation.

Requirements
- Confident and approachable leadership experience in hospitality.
- Previous food and beverage experience, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in appearance and team presentation.

Where You'll Be Working
This role will cover our core food and beverage venues, as well as ad-hoc assistance with Estate events across our Visitor Attraction.
