This boutique agency covers Prime Central London, specialising in delivering tailored property solutions for clients in some of London's most desirable neighbourhoods. The company has built a strong reputation for excellence in Lettings and is now expanding into Sales to offer a full suite of property services.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and independent, with a proven track record in winning valuations and driving new business. They will have significant experience in estate agency sales, ideally in valuations and winning instructions, and a strong understanding of Prime Central London markets.
The successful candidate will generate and win new instructions, build relationships with relocation agents, landlords, and local property owners, and develop innovative strategies for lead generation. They will conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiate offers, manage the sales process end-to-end, and deliver exceptional client service to uphold the agency's reputation as a property consultant and advisor.
