We are looking for a highly experienced branch director to lead our sales team in Prime Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting valuations, generating new business, and overseeing day-to-day management of the team.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000, with on-target earnings exceeding £100,000.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years managerial experience in property sales, familiarity with the Prime Central London sales market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will also need strong customer service skills, the ability to lead a team, and deliver clear and concise instructions. A full UK driving license is also required.
