You will be working in a dynamic environment with Recovery Focus, providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with substance misuse. To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the substance misuse field, including associated health and social issues.


As an experienced professional, you will have a degree in health/social care, youth or community work, or direct experience delivering substance use-focused interventions. Your passion for working with people impacted by addiction will drive your enthusiasm for helping clients overcome their challenges.


Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering group programs, managing a caseload of complex service users, and developing our substance use services in Wolverhampton. You will work closely with voluntary and statutory agencies, as well as health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.


We are seeking an energetic and confident individual who is self-motivated, flexible, and committed to confidentiality. Excellent record-keeping and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success in this role. This permanent position requires 37 hours of work per week.
