Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of People Services Advisors, ensuring high-quality HR support.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, with a strong background in employee relations and HR operations.
- Education and Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
