About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Services Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Provide high-quality casework and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Identify and assess levels of risk and need, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Work closely with children and families to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
Requirements
  • Relevant social work qualification and experience in child services.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families in a social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
