Child Welfare Specialist - Up to £42ph - Hybrid - Outstanding Ofsted

NonStop Consulting is collaborating with a local authority recognized for its Outstanding Ofsted rating in the South East, seeking a skilled Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to enhance their Child in Care team.

We are in search of a dedicated professional who is committed to supporting children in care and contributing to a stable and nurturing work environment.

  • Caseload Management: You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of children for whom the local authority serves as the corporate parent, ensuring all aspects of care planning and reviews are addressed.
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
  • An up-to-date DBS check
  • Experience in Children's Services, particularly in a Looked After Children (LAC) role is preferred
