Main Responsibilities
- Effective diary management and meeting arrangement
- Travel organization and expense processing for fee earners and partners
- IT issue resolution and assistance
- Client relationship building and request handling
- Billing and credit control query assistance
- Electronic court bundle creation and document preparation
- Court bundle submission via e-file portal
- Exhibit preparation and witness statement cross-referencing
- Drafting of standard correspondence and court forms
- Financial information provision to insolvency practitioners
Requirements:
- Previous legal secretarial experience
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Case management system knowledge
Estimated Salary: £28,500 per annum
