We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Violence Specialist to join our team at Clinks. As a Domestic Abuse Advocate, you will play a critical role in providing support and advocacy services to women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advocacy and support services to women and children who have experienced domestic abuse
  • Work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure a coordinated response to domestic abuse
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on domestic abuse and its effects on women and children
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and other organizations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in working with survivors of domestic abuse
  • Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local and national policies and procedures related to domestic abuse
